We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
